Today's my 20th anniversary. No, Yael, you aren't losing it -- it hasn't been quite that long since we sat in your living room and talked about Seth and if he was really interested.
It's the twentieth annviersay of the day I went to the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago and brought one adorable little kitten home, who grew into the cranky beastilence I still share an apartment with. Through five states and numerous visits to scratched/bitten vets, Jez has been along for my adventures in life. She's definitely older (demonstrated by the fact that she can sit on my lap while I'm knitting and sleep, ignoring the yarn) but she still manages to get herself into places she shouldn't. I've teased her for years about trading her in for a new and imporved model but I'm guessing she doesn't take the threat seriously.

Cranky?! Yes that describes dear Jez, but we wouldn't have her any other way.
BTW deleted the last comment because I couldn't seem to spell properly. :-)
She and Seth are curled up together right now, sleeping..... She almost looks cute and innocent that way ;-) until you see the look she gives me as I approach them......
