Knitting and the wee beastie

Finished a purse that will be a birthday present for the daughter of a friend of mine at work:



















Also finished a scarf made from bamboo yarn -- a gift to a co-worker, but modeled here by my beast Jez:



















Despite the fact that we do actually give her fresh water every day, Jez has decided that water from my tumbler tastes better:



















She's actually gotten her head even further into a tumbler, but it was opaque so I couldn't get a decent picture. She's also been known to use her paw to tip the glass in the holder so she has a better angle of attack. Sometimes she forgets that she's supposed to be a dignified little old lady kitty now that she is almost 18.............
